Limited Warranty

TUNERTRACK LLC, Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of ninety (90) days, from the date of purchase. TUNERTRACK does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products when not installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for such; installation and operation, and in accordance with good installation and maintenance practices of the automotive industry. TUNERTRACK will not be held liable for the labor charges and other intangible or consequent losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall it be liable for damages or injury to persons or property resulting from the misuse or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.

No merchandise may be returned for any reason unless prior return merchandise authorization number (RGA#) has been obtained from TUNERTRACK.

TUNERTRACK reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. TUNERTRACK obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any part found to be defective.  All products returned to TUNERTRACK for warranty inspection must be prepaid by the customer under this warranty. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs.

Your return must be postmarked within 14 days (10 business days) from the date of delivery. No Exceptions.

Proof of Purchases from TUNERTRACK is required.

Complete the returns form on our website or email [email protected] for a RMA number. TUNERTRACK requires Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA#) on all return and exchanges. Otherwise shipment will be refused or process will be delayed.

You may return anything unused or unaltered stocked parts for a exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer. NO CASH REFUNDS. Unaltered means that no restoration, painting, major cleaning, or change of any kind has occurred. Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Custom Orders are non returnable. Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, using TUNERTRACK Shipping Guidelines if available, and enclose the completed returns form. RMA Number must be noted on correspondence and on outside of package.

• Affix the provided return address label over the original shipping label on your package.
• Take this package to your preferred shipping carrier.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) unless the product error was the fault of TUNERTRACK
• We recommend you insure the return and obtain tracking information as we cannot honor a refund or exchange for a lost or damaged return.
• A credit or exchange will not be issued until TUNERTRACK reviews the returned merchandise.
• TUNERTRACK reserves the right to have 30 business days to review any and all returns, but we typically handle returns within a few business days.
• Due to the nature of our products, reviewing returns can be a long and involved process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

You can help to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time with these packaging guidelines recommended by TUNERTRACK LLC.

• Use a rigid box with flaps intact (200 lb box recommended)
• Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are no longer applicable
• Wrap all items separately
• Use adequate cushioning material
• Use strong tape designed for shipping
• Do not use string or paper over-wrap
• MUST Include a Copy of your Completed RMA Form inside an envelope, inside the box
• Use a single address label that has clear, complete delivery and return information
• Place a duplicate address label inside the package

Step 1 Use a Corrugated Box

Whenever possible, use a new box. The more times a box is used, the more it loses its original protective qualities, so a previously used box may not adequately protect your shipment.

If you must reuse a box, make sure it is rigid and in excellent condition with no punctures, tears, rips, or corner damage, and that all flaps are intact. Remove any labels and all other shipment markings from the box.

Choose a box strength that is suitable for the contents you are shipping. Weight limits printed on the Box Maker's Certificate (found on the bottom flap of most boxes) are intended for palletized freight shipments, not for shipments through small parcel carrier environments. Following the UPS Box Strength Guidelines will help ensure your package is of adequate strength to provide sufficient protection.

Step 2 Provide Internal Protection

It is important to cushion the contents of your package properly.

Please be sure that you wrap each item separately. Fragile articles need separation from each other, and from the corners, sides, top, and bottom of the box.

Each item should be surrounded by at least two inches (5.08 cm) of cushioning and be placed at least two inches (5.08 cm) away from the walls of the box. This prevents product-against-product damage and protects contents from shock and vibration, which can pass from the outside of the box to the contents.

Please use proper cushioning material, combined with a strong outer container, to protect your shipment fully. Make sure you use enough cushioning material to ensure that the contents do not move when you shake the container.

Improper cushioning material includes clothing, blankets, towels, newspaper/newsprint, and pillows. Instead, please use the materials listed below to cushion and protect your shipment

Corrugated liners and inserts

• May be added to the package to increase strength and improve package performance

Crumpled Kraft paper

• Used primarily as a void-fill material for light-to-medium weight, non-fragile items and items that are suitable for such packing materials
• Must be tightly crumpled
• Place at least two inches (5.08 cm) of paper between contents and outer box

Step 3 Close Your Container Securely

Proper closure of your container is just as important as proper cushioning for the safety and security of your shipment.

To close a box securely, do not use masking tape, cellophane tape, duct tape, string, or paper over-wrap. Instead, use a strong tape -- two inches (5.08 cm) or more in width -- such as these types:

Pressure-sensitive plastic

• Generally the easiest, most convenient tape to use
• Versatile because it adheres without water and sticks to a variety of surfaces and shapes

Apply three strips to both the top and bottom flaps of the box. For regular slotted containers (RSC), where the flaps meet in the center, apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the middle and two edge seams are sealed. For corrugated containers where the flaps overlap (FOL), apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the three edge seams are sealed.

Nylon reinforced filament tape

• Use 60 lb (27 kg) grade tape at least three inches (7.62 cm) wide

Apply three strips to both the top and bottom flaps of the box. For regular slotted containers (RSC), where the flaps meet in the center, apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the middle and two edge seams are sealed. For corrugated containers where the flaps overlap (FOL), apply three strips of tape to both the top and bottom of the box, so the three edge seams are sealed

Step 4 Use Proper Labeling

For fast and efficient delivery, keep these points in mind when labeling your package:

• Always include the recipient´s postal code with the complete street address. For international shipments, include a contact name, telephone number, and postal code.
• You must make every effort to obtain a street address. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label.  Please include the apartment or unit number, if applicable.
• Place the shipping label on the top of the package. To avoid confusion, place only one address label on the package. If you are using a packing slip, place it on the same surface of the package as the address label.
• Do not place the label over a seam or closure or on top of sealing tape.
• Remove or cross out old labels or markings on a used box.
• Always include your complete return address, including full street address and postal code. For international shipments, include a contact name, telephone number, and postal code.
• Place a duplicate label or other form of identification inside your package.
• Note: If you are using a mailing tube, place the label horizontally, with each end of the label pointing toward the ends of the tube, so the bar code can be scanned.

             1.  Registration:  When you register to receive information or products from the Site, you will be asked to provide certain personal information when you sign up including name, address, telephone number, payment information, and email address.  The personal information collected from Members during the registration process is used to manage each Member’s account (such as for billing purposes).  This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in special circumstances.  However, in instances where TUNERTRACK and a partner jointly promote the Site, TUNERTRACK may provide the partner certain personal information, such as the name, address, and username of persons who subscribed to the Site or as a result of the joint promotion for the sole purpose of allowing us and the partner to assess the results of the promotion.  In this instance, personal information may not be used by the partner for any other purpose. TUNERTRACK may also generate non-identifying and aggregate profiles from personal information Members provide during registration (such as the total number, but not the names, of Members).  As explained in more detail below, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to sell advertisements that appear on the Site. 

             2.  Online Shopping:  On the Site, you can purchase products, services or register to receive materials, such as a catalog or new product and service updates.  In many cases, whether Member or non-registered user of the Site (“Visitor”), you may be asked to provide contact information, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information.  If you complete an order for someone else, such as an online gift order sent directly to a recipient, you may be asked to provide information about the recipient, such as the recipient’s name, address, and phone number.  TUNERTRACK has no control over the “third parties” use of any personal information you provide when placing such an order.  Please exercise care when doing so.

             If you order products directly from TUNERTRACK, we will use the personal information you provide only to process that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

             3.  Online Advertisements:  TUNERTRACK displays our online advertisements.  We share aggregated and non-identifying information about our Visitors and Members collected through the registration process as well as through online surveys and promotions with these advertisers.  Additionally, in some instances, we use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements.  For instance, an advertiser tells us the audience they want to reach (for example, females between 25 and 35 years of age) and provides us an advertisement tailored to the audience.  Based upon the aggregated and non-identifying information we have collected, we may then display the advertisement to the intended audience.  TUNERTRACK does not share personal information about its Visitors or Members with these advertisers.

             4.  Responses to Email Inquiries:  When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to TUNERTRACK, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive.  TUNERTRACK does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

             5.  Special Cases:  It is TUNERTRACK’s policy not to use or share the personal information about Visitors of Members in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.  However, TUNERTRACK may disclose personal information about Visitors or Members, or information regarding your use of the Site or Web sites accessible through our Site, for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe that it is reasonable to do so, including: to satisfy laws, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for such information; to disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms & Conditions or other user policies; to operate the Site properly; or to protect TUNERTRACK and our Members.

              C.        Non-Personal Information & Cookies

             TUNERTRACK also gathers non-personal information through standard tracking mechanisms on TUNERTRACK internet servers.  For example, TUNERTRACK employs “cookies” on various parts of the Site. Cookies are information that the Site transfers to the user's hard drive to facilitate record keeping and tracking a user's preferences.  Non-personal information is primarily collected in order to improve the functionality and user's enjoyment of the Site, to tailor the Site to your individual preferences, and to make using the Site simpler and more enjoyable.  The information that is typically tracked includes the type of internet browser and operating system being used by a user, and the user’s internet service provider.

             D.        Security

             The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with users is of the utmost concern to TUNERTRACK.  Unfortunately no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, while TUNERTRACK strives to protect users’ personal information, TUNERTRACK cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information users transmit to the Site, and users do so at their own risk.

 IX.       Indemnity

 X.        Jurisdictional Issues

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced according to the laws of the state of California.  You expressly consent to the venue and jurisdiction of state courts located within Orange County, California.

 XI.       Severability, Integration and Amendment

If any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible but will otherwise be severable from the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.  The provisions of the Terms and Conditions and each right and obligation referenced herein represent the entire agreement between you and TUNERTRACK, its affiliates or related entities.  The Terms and Conditions shall supersede any prior agreements or understanding not incorporated herein.  These Terms and Conditions may not be amended, waived, modified.  TUNERTRACK may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and deny access to Site by any subsequent action unless set forth in a revised Terms and Conditions posted on this Site by TUNERTRACK.
